Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work on OfferRoster. It applies to company subscriptions; it is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
Technicians pay nothing
OfferRoster is free for technicians. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can deactivate or remove your profile at any time from your account.
Free trial
Monthly and annual company subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, your recurring subscription charge never begins and you are not billed. A one-time pilot fee, where applicable, is charged at checkout and is separate from any trial.
How company billing works
Every pilot is priced individually for your account based on your hiring volume and needs — there is no fixed public price list. Your specific fee and billing interval are shown on your account's Billing page before you check out, and fall into one of three structures:
- Monthly — a recurring charge, renewing every month until you cancel.
- Annual — a recurring charge, renewing every year until you cancel.
- One-time — a single flat fee for your pilot, with no recurring charge afterward.
How to cancel
If you're on a monthly or annual plan, you can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops renewing, and you are not charged again.
- You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Any offers you have already sent, and any contacts you have already unlocked, remain available to you.
A one-time pilot fee has no recurring charge to cancel. If you'd like to end your pilot early, email [email protected] — your already-sent offers and unlocked contacts remain available to you either way.
Refunds
Pilot fees are non-refundable once charged, whatever your fee or billing interval, except where a refund is required by law. In particular:
- A one-time pilot fee is non-refundable once charged.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a paid period on a monthly or annual plan; instead, you keep access until that period ends.
- Monthly and annual charges are non-refundable once the free-trial period has ended.
That said, we want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, or believe your situation warrants an exception, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will keep your access active during a short grace period. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
