Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work on OfferRoster. It applies to company subscriptions; it is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
Technicians pay nothing
OfferRoster is free for technicians. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can deactivate or remove your profile at any time from your account.
Free trial
Company subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, your recurring subscription charge never begins and you are not billed for the subscription. (Note that on the monthly plan, the upfront amount described below is charged at checkout, not at the end of the trial.)
How company billing works
- Monthly plan — $499/month with a 3-month minimum commitment. The first three months ($1,497) are charged at checkout. After the 14-day trial, the plan renews at $499/month and continues month to month until you cancel.
- Annual plan — $4,990, charged once at checkout, covering twelve months of access.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops renewing, and you are not charged again.
- You keep full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Any offers you have already sent, and any contacts you have already unlocked, remain available to you.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. In particular:
- The upfront amount on the monthly plan ($1,497) covers the 3-month minimum commitment and is non-refundable once charged.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a paid period; instead, you keep access until that period ends.
- Annual plan fees are non-refundable after the free-trial period has ended.
That said, we want you to be treated fairly. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service, or believe your situation warrants an exception, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will keep your access active during a short grace period. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
